A long long time ago...

A little peach was lying in the fruit bowl. This little peach was beloved in the magical Moldy world filled with magical lovely creatures. The peach had a power. The power to keep the insane sane. Therefore Little Red Riding Hood and Snow White took great care for her.

Each day they would let little peach out to catch some sunlight and in return they were allowed to take a little sanity bite out of her. Then they would place her back into the fruit bowl and lock her away. Because Ow my, ow my, what would happen if the gnomes would get her! Then everybody would turn insane!! And that of course is not what any sensible person would want, now would they?

Then one day when Little Red Riding Hood and Snow White weren't paying so much attention and the wicked witch got hold of the peach and flew away with it! In one blink of an eye the magical lovely Moldy world really turned Moldy and the fairy landscape turned into one big chaotic gloomy dark place. Snow White and Little Red Riding Hood started to scream and shout. Their bodies moved as if they were being electrified. And for an instant Snow White thought she saw little peach and hasted herself to take a bite.

CABLAM! Snow White dropped down to the floor, for what she had not known, the peach was actually an Apple. While eerie voices started to overrule Little Red Riding Hoods mind little Red Riding Hood did her best to yell a cry for help. "Help, help me, please!" Soon the good fairy and little bunny foo foo came down lucky road 666.

The good fairy waved her wand and a pink tracksuited man landed safely on the ground. They told him to make as much noise as possible. And so he did. Louder and louder and louder, so impossibly loud and noisy that all the gloomy monsters and insane creatures disappeared into an oblivion. The dark had been defeated!

Rioteer is the brainchild of Bas Welling and hails from Tilburg Crackcity. Rioteer created quite a storm in the international world of Free Electronics, Fragmented Media and styles like Breakcore, Noise, Industrial, and Deviant Hardcore.

For over a decade he is responsable for promoting the ruff uncompromising edge in sound in Holland and abroad and is one of the most booked artist in this area of sound. Rioteer takes inspiration from different blends of music and played in several bands like African percussion groups and experimental Noise Bands.

Rioteer organises the longest running and loudest breakcore/ Noise night in Holland called Crackbeats and runs the recordlabel which caries the same name. Rioteer toured worldwide and played all the big and legendary breakcore/ noise events including Breakcore gives me WOOD, Jason Forrests Wasted festival, Bloodnok Festival Tour Russia, The ZXZW Festival, Mayhem Outdoors Hardcore Festival, Day Of The Droids Barcelona, Clash of The Titans Berlin, The Praxis Records Datacide Night, Attack of the Cenobytes Amsterdam, Wreck Havoc Rotterdam, NYMNYR Arnhem among others.

Rioteer music has been released on well known labels like: Ketacore Records, Provokation Records, ZXZW Records, Angelmaker, My First Sonny Weissmuller Recordings, Crackbeats Records, TIBProd, VATB and future releases on labels like Alphacut and Abnormaal are planned for release later this year. Furthermore Rioteer is involved in production work for Meldy Peaches (www.myspace.com/meldypeaches) and well known for his work as a remixer for various acts like: Ra:X, Maurizio Bianchi (MB), MAC of Mad, etc..
