With 3 separate venues adapted from the ship's cargo-holds the Stubnitz is a highly versatile, well-equipped location that can be tailored to suit a range of specialist needs for public events or corporate and private hire. The original architecture of the vessel has been preserved to create an atmospheric post-industrial space, with atomic age appeal.

Hold 4: 2260sq ft; 400 capacity

Hold 4 has a large well equipped stage, with a famous acoustic. It can accommodate up to 150 seated audience or up to 400 standing. It offers a cloakroom and separate access from the main deck.

The Factory: 1775sq ft; 200 capacity

The Factory above Hold 4 features a sliding floor section in the middle of the room that can be opened to extend the main venue to two levels or stay closed to operate as a separate venue with 100-200 capacity. The Factory has two bars, 6 fixed tables with seating and 5 large screens that can show live feed from the Hold 4 stage. With the floor open an atrium offers views of the stage.

Hold 1: 1830sq ft; 200 capacity

Hold 1 in the front of the ship can accommodate 100-300 audience with its own separate access from shore-side. It has a large bar and 100 vintage cinema seats that can be arranged through the space as required.
