About Hanne on Norwegian radio (NrK P3).

Hanne Kolstø has been around the game for several years, she warmed up for Eric Clapton on Koengen (N), played at Popkomm (DE) and SXSW (USA) and several venues and festivals in Norway as a singer/ guitarist and songwriter for her 3 bands in Norway: Love:Fi, Thelma and Clyde and Post. In 2009 she also started her own soloproject called "It´s in the basement". Hanne played over 30 gigs in 2009, including three tours in Germany in addition to concerts in Stockholm, Gøteborg, Copenhagen and all over Norway.

Hanne is spellbinding, and has a seldom talent to serve strong melodies. At her live performances people are amazed by her sounding like a whole orchestra herself. She uses her loopstation to compliment her songs by sampling her voice, guitar and other strange stuff she may have picked up on her way.

Hanne Kolstø is recording her soloalbum in february. In addition to this she´s also releasing 2 albums with her other bands in 2010.
