Der brasilianische Funk entsteht als eine Form der Gegenkultur in den Randgebieten Brasiliens und basiert auf einem Musikstil, der von rhythmischen Beats und Rap-Gesang geprägt ist. Eines der auffälligsten Merkmale des brasilianischen Funks ist seine Fähigkeit, verschiedene Themen mit einem vibrierenden und tanzenden Rhythmus anzusprechen, von Sex und Spaß bis hin zu sozialen und politischen Fragen. Aus der Funk-Kultur in Brasilien gingen die berühmten bailes de funk (Funk-Tanzparties) hervor, die zu einem Raum der freien Meinungsäußerung wurden, wo man sich trifft um zu tanzen, reden, trinken und Spaß zu haben. Der Tanzstil, der sich bei diesen Parties entwickelte, ist durch schnelle Becken- und Fußbewegungen gekennzeichnet. Bailes de funk haben jedoch auch einen umstrittenen Ruf. Einerseits werden sie als ein befreiender Raum gesehen, der die Möglichkeit bietet sich auszutauschen und Tabus zu dekonstruieren. Andererseits werden im brasilianischen Funk die ständige Betonung der erotische Bewegungen mit Hüften und Po sowie die expliziten und sexuellen Texte, die oft sexistischen Ausdrücke enthalten, die Frauen objektivieren, als unterdrückerisch und als Fortschreibung negativer Stereotypen kritisiert. Doch in den letzten Jahren hat sich in diesem Musik- und Tanzgenre eine starke feministische Wende vollzogen, die jetzt Frauen eine Stimme und Raum gibt und diese Szene verändert hat. Sie haben die Mikrofone übernommen und setzen sich mit Mut, noch gewagten Bewegungen und Texten in diesem Genre durch. Dieser „neue” Funk bringt eine feministische Perspektive ein, die das Patriarchat herausfordert, Geschlechterstereotypen in Frage stellt und sexuelles Empowerment produziert. Es ist eine Bewegung, die nicht nur die Musik- und Tanzszene verändert, sondern auch zum Kampf für Gleichberechtigung und soziale Gerechtigkeit beiträgt. Auf dieser Party-Performance mit DJ Rosângela Nunes werden wir den funk feminista zelebrieren und mit ihm das Patriarchat zum wackeln bringen! Ab 21 Uhr werden die Gastgeberinnen Analy und Brenda durch Tanzen, Spiele und Interventionen, sowie mit weiteren eingeladenen Künstler:innen, die Spuren und Narben, die das Patriarchat in unseren Körpern eingeschrieben hat, verschlingen. O funk brasileiro surgi como uma forma de contracultura nas periferias do Brasil, tendo como base um estilo musical marcado por batidas rítmicas e vocais de rap. Uma das características mais marcantes do funk brasileiro é a sua capacidade de abordar temas diversos, desde sexo e diversão até questões sociais e políticas com um ritmo dançante e vibrante.A cultura do funk no brasil deu origem aos famosos bailes de funk, que se tornaram um espaço de liberdade de expressão, onde as pessoas se encontram para dançar, conversar, beber e se divertir. O estilo de dança que se desenvolveu nesses bailes se caracteriza por movimentos rápidos da pélvis e dos pés. No entanto, os bailes de funk também ganharam uma reputação controversa. Por um lado, eles são vistos como um espaço libertador, onde as pessoas têm a oportunidade de conversar e desconstruir tabus. Por outro lado, a constante ênfase dada ao movimento erótico e do quadril no funk brasileiro, assim como as letras explícitas e sexuais, muitas vezes contendo expressões machistas que objetificam as mulheres, são criticadas como opressoras e perpetuadoras de estereótipos negativos. Entretanto nos últimos anos, a virada feminista, dentro desse gênero musical e de dança, chegou com força dando voz e espaço para as mulheres e transformando esse cenário. Elas tomaram os microfones e se afirmaram com coragem, ousando ainda mais nos movimentos e nas letras. Os „novos“ funks trazem uma perspectiva feminista que desafiam o patriarcado, questionam os estereótipos de gênero, reivindicam lugares de fala e produzem o seu empoderamento sexual. É um movimento que não apenas transforma o cenário musical e da dança, mas também contribui para a luta por igualdade e justiça social. Nesta Festa-performance com a DJ Rosângela Nunes iremos celebrar o Funk Feminista e fazer o patriacardo tremer. A partir das 21 horas as anfitriãs Analy e Brenda , junto com artistas convidados, irão através da dança, jogos e intervenções cênicas devorar os traços e cicatrizes que o patriarcado inscreveu nos nossos corpos. 22:00	Live Spoke - Mix-Tape #1 release show: fighters The Mixtape’s Mission is to showcase the strength, talent and autonomy of the growing independent FLINTA & LGBTQI hip-hop scene in and beyond Berlin and to shed a spotlight on the Art of Beatmaking. Defying the com-fort-zone of a unified language, the Mixtape contains English, French and German lyrics, identifying with the international community of FLINTA & LGBTQI hip-hop artists living in Germany. Spoke‘s choice of guest rappers is driven by an affinity for fast-driven style flows and an affinity for radical personal-political lyrics. With the Featured MCs Sorah, Caxxianne, Alice Dee & Leila A., Spoke won a “dream team”, each defining their own topics and perspectives on their solo tracks. The number in the Mixtape title reveals there is more to come, as FIGHTERS marks the kick off for a continued MIXTAPE Series, creating a format for more international collaborations to follow. While shying away from the standard marketable format, the direction taken for this album is the only suitable format that allows an authentic reflection of the developments of the growing international FLINTA & LGBTQI hip-hop community and highlighting the new emerging independent structures across language borders. SPOKE: Multitalented beatmaker and producer SPOKE has been producing beats across the Berlin FLINTA rap scene and beyond for the past few years.
