Mama!milk is an acoustic-instrumental duo with an accordion player Yuko Ikoma and a contrabass player Kosuke Shimizu. Yuko Ikoma laces mysterious and beautiful melodies together with her fingers while Kosuke Shimizu builds percussive deep beats and complimentary low tones.An Avant Garde sound sometimes reminiscent of Tango ,Mama!milk are based in Kyoto and have been performing since 1997.Their music has been described as "Japanese New Exotica"
